The year is OVER!

Happy New Year!
Time to make new resolutions, I have one in mind; that is to blog more.
I loved looking back and seeing what 2009 brought, and I can't wait to see how 2010 will be.

We have a stick tree and need at least 2 more to make this complete, but we did have fun decorating this week.

When grandpa Roger comes over we love to eat pizza from Domions. This has become a tradition, its really the only time we order pizza, so we never get sick of it. Grandpa and Grandma usually are here once a month and we have lots of fun. The best part there is no wondering what to fix for dinner and there is no clean up and our kids are happy. Thank you Grandpa

Pumpkin Bread from The lion house

1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
5 eggs
1 16oz. pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3oz. pkg.'s vanilla pudding (instant) add very last

mix dry and then wet and then together
makes 2 loaves
bake 350 1hour

Pumpkin Pancakes

1 1/4 cups flour
2 TBS. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of cloves
1 egg
6 TBS. pumpkin
2 TBS. melted butter
1 cup milk
cook on low about 3 min. per side
serve with whipped cream!
YUM YUM YUM!!!!
